From our European headquarters in Groningen, you’ll work with colleagues across Europe on sustainable growth, customer success, and innovation.
What will you do as Internal Account Manager at Gallagher Europe?
As Internal Account Manager, you are the go-to person for a dedicated customer portfolio (dealers & end-users). You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and act as the commercial link between customers, field sales, and marketing. You’ll work KPI-driven, manage your pipeline in CRM, and play a key role in the adoption of our innovative solutions.
What you’ll do
Drive growth: strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers through calls, e-mails, and online meetings.
Win new business: identify, qualify, and onboard new accounts in close collaboration with field sales.
Own the pipeline: manage your CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve sales targets.
Promotions & campaigns: present monthly and annual promotions and convert them into sales.
Support & advise: provide after-sales support, quotations, and advice to maximize customer satisfaction.
Market insights: stay on top of trends & competitors and share insights with sales/marketing.
Plan for Success: create an account plan that aligns with our overall sales objectives.
What we offer
1-year contract with strong possibility of extension.
Salary €2,506 – €3,800 p/m (depending on knowledge & experience) + individual bonus scheme.

Job requirements
Proficient (C1 level) in French and Dutch or English (written & spoken).
Strong commercial and communication skills (inside sales / account management).
Proactive, result-driven, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Solid digital skills: comfortable with Office tools and CRM systems.
Affinity with animals, equestrian sector, or agriculture.
Experience with social selling (LinkedIn), online demos, or light content creation.
