Are you a strong communicator, do you have experience with social media and a good sense of customer service? Are you looking for flexible work at an international company with a pleasant working atmosphere? This position is not only fun and varied, but also a valuable addition to your resume!

What will you be doing?

As Customer Support E-commerce, you will be the point of contact for customers of our webshops. You will help customers by phone or online, give advice about products, process orders and contribute ideas on how we can improve our service even further.

 

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Helping customers by phone, email and social media

  • Processing and following up orders

  • Advising customers about products

  • Handling complaints in a professional manner

  • Keeping records in our system (CRM)

  • Contributing ideas for improvements to the webshop and service

 

What do we offer you?

  • A great part-time job in an international organisation

  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.), easy to combine with your studies

  • The hourly wage is a maximum of £15.19, depending on age and experience. In addition to your wage, you will also receive holiday pay and accrued holiday days paid monthly for the hours you have worked.

  • A 7-month on-call contract, which will be extended by one year if your performance is satisfactory

  • A pleasant working atmosphere and friendly colleagues

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You are enrolled in or have completed an MBO, HBO or WO programme (in communication, marketing, commerce or a related field)

  • You are customer-friendly, sociable and solution-oriented

  • You are fluent in Dutch, English or German (C1 level) and have a strong command of English or Dutch as a second language (B2 level).

  • You are able to switch easily between different tasks

  • You are available for at least 12 hours per week (more is welcome, of course!)
