If so, our vacancy in customer support e-commerce within our expanding webshop is the perfect job for you!


What do you do as Customer Support E-commerce at Gallagher Europe?

As a Customer Support Representative, you serve as the central point of contact for customers from various webshops and act as the face of these webshops. In your role, you bridge the gap between customers placing online orders and the various departments within Gallagher Europe. With your commitment to providing customers with excellent service, you directly contribute to a positive impact on the company's performance. It's a responsible position in which you navigate throughout the day between organizational tasks, administrative duties, and relationship management. Together with the webshop owners, you share responsibility for the success and growth of the webshops.


You find it enjoyable to:

Handle telephone and online inquiries from webshop customers.

Process and manage customer orders.

Provide guidance on products within the existing range.

Handle complaints, including receiving, assessing, escalating, and documenting issues.

Promote and assist customers with their online orders.

Gather and process relevant customer data and information in the CRM system.

A gross monthly salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,000 depending on your experience

Job requirements

Here’s How You Recognize Yourself

✓ You have completed an MBO-level education or are currently pursuing an HBO degree.

✓ Preferably, you have experience dealing with customers over the phone or via social media.

✓ You possess excellent communication skills.

✓ You show initiative and have perseverance.

✓ You can work well both independently and as part of a team.

✓ You proactively contribute ideas to the team for improving processes and services.

✓ You are fluent in German, and you also have a good command of English and/or Dutch (B2 - C1 level).
